Ingredients:

highlights the natural sweetness of carrots, complemented by the savory depth of garlic and herbs. I made them last night and they were wonderful, Dingo even really enjoyed them wich was very odd… HAHA!

- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
